Thank you for at least coming to this page for a look-see.
Any link to
the Isle of Wight Index from any of your pages is much appreciated, but we
have been asked to provide graphics for use as links.
Please save a graphic and upload it to your site - large about
6Kbytes, medium (with text) about 4K, medium (blank) about 2K, small
(with text)
about 3K, & small (blank) about 2K.
To save an image, right click on it and select the save option.
If you then store it in the same directory as your HTML files, the code
below can be copied and pasted to wherever you want the logo to appear.
For the largest image use the following code:-
<A HREF="http://www.wightindex.com"><IMG SRC="iwilogo.gif" ALT="Isle of Wight Accommodation and Information" HEIGHT=100 WIDTH=165 BORDER=0 HSPACE=0 VSPACE=0></A>
For the medium text image use the following code:-
<A HREF="http://www.wightindex.com"><IMG SRC="iwilogomtxt.gif" ALT="Isle of Wight Accommodation and Information" HEIGHT=70 WIDTH=140 BORDER=0 HSPACE=0 VSPACE=0></A>
For the small text image use the following code:-
<A HREF="http://www.wightindex.com"><IMG SRC="iwilogostxt.gif" ALT="Isle of Wight Accommodation and Information" HEIGHT=40 WIDTH=100 BORDER=0 HSPACE=0 VSPACE=0></A>
For the medium blank image use the following code:-
<A HREF="http://www.wightindex.com"><IMG SRC="iwilogom.gif" ALT="Isle of Wight Accommodation and Information" HEIGHT=70 WIDTH=70 BORDER=0 HSPACE=0 VSPACE=0></A>
For the small blank image use the following code:-
<A HREF="http://www.wightindex.com"><IMG SRC="iwilogos.gif" ALT="Isle of Wight Accommodation and Information" HEIGHT=40 WIDTH=40 BORDER=0 HSPACE=0 VSPACE=0></A>
To copy and paste -
1 Place your mouse pointer to the left of the < next to the first
A.
2 Hold down the left mouse button and drag the pointer to the right
of the > next to the last A.
3 Release the left mouse button.
This should have coloured the required text blue.
4 Hold down the Ctrl key (bottom left of keyboard) and press c just
once.
Nothing will visibly change, but the required text will now be stored on
the clipboard.
5 Load the HTML code for your page and place your cursor in the spot
where you want the logo to appear.
6 Hold down the Ctrl key and press v just once.
If you've done it correctly (and if I've told you correctly) the link text
will now be pasted on your page.
7 If you want the logo on a separate line, you will have to add <br> at
both ends of the pasted text.
If you have any problems with it, just send an e-mail and we'll do what we
can to help you sort it out.
If you have the time, please let us know that
you are linking to us. It's not a condition, we're just curious. |
